The Pines Guest House is located on 14 acres of grounds including extensive Beard's Creek and Oyster River frontage with open fields and woods. This home is situated just a half mile from UNH in Durham on its main roadway. Originally a private 26 room estate, this Victorian mansion has been maintained by the same family to offer continuity with the past. Rooms are named after members of the families who lived here previously. Original furnishings and memorabilia are found throughout the home.
