Rate Information
Room rates vary depending on the size and amenities offered. Most rooms have private baths. All have a TV with remote control. Each room has large closet space, bureaus and desks or tables for work space. Irons and hair dryers available. All our bedrooms are seasonally adjusted to be warm in the winter and air conditioned for the summer.
If you are interested in longer term housing, please contact us for further information.
We will hold your space with a major Credit Card, but not charge you until you arrive. We also specialize in longer term Executive Stay where a deposit may be required. Please contact us for rates and availably.
As customary in the industry, we have a 14 day cancellation policy, but unlike many other hotels, we will charge only a portion of your stay and the resulting credit is good for up to 1 year.
Due to high demand, we require a two night stay for weekends in the summer and fall seasons.
Suites
We offer several suites here at the Pines:
Radio and the Lafayette rooms may be rented as a suite. Adjoining rooms share 1.5 baths.
The Ninde and Smith rooms may be rented as a suite. Adjoining rooms share 1.5 baths.
Both offer an excellent arrangement for a family with older children or relatives or business associates. Please inquire for rates and availability.
